Did Jill Dillard Snub Michelle Duggar On Her Birthday? Fans Think So
Michelle Duggar turned 54-years-old yesterday and Counting On fans wonder of Jill Dillard and her husband Derick were involved in any celebrations. A quick scroll through Jill and Derick’s Instagram profile suggests the duo may have snubbed Michelle Duggar on her birthday.
Jill and Derick Dillard enjoyed time outdoors with their boys.
Now, fans have been pretty sure Jill and Jim Bob were not in a good place. In fact, there was a rumor that Jill was not even allowed to visit the house unless Jim Bob was present and aware of the visit. But, fans did not necessarily think there were any issues between Jill and her mother Michelle. So, naturally, fans were a little thrown off when Jill did not share a sweet post as a tribute to her mother on her birthday.
Instead, it appears as if Jill and Derick enjoyed some time outdoors with their boys based on Jill’s Instagram Stories.
According to her Instagram Stories video clips, their boys were enjoying some fun outdoors. They were making a “salad” out of leaves, sticks, and other things they could find and utilize. They were also fishing. And, just having a really great time getting dirty and being boys!
Jill doted on her husband for helping her collect some greenery she could dry out and use to decorate her walls. Derick Dillard jested he was happy to do it because it was cheaper than going to Hobby Lobby.
The Instagram Stories video clips came to a conclusion with Jill showing off her boys also picking some lovely flowers before they headed back home.
The caption of Jill’s videos did confirm they were enjoying the end of the weekend. So, this was definitely what they did instead of celebrating Michelle Duggar’s birthday.

Now, the first argument Counting On fans have is Jill Dillard doesn’t have to give a public tribute to her mother on her birthday. Perhaps she called and wished her happy birthday in private. And, that is true. It could have happened that way. The problem with being in the public eye is that when you don’t wish someone happy birthday in a public form, people notice. So, technically, she did snub her mother as far as not wishing her happy birthday in public is concerned.

On Reddit, Duggar Snarks seemed to agree Jill Dillard snubbed her mother in a big way. “Also big snub to Meech! NO BDAY POST! When all the other dugs posted! go jill!” One Reddit user penned.
