‘Sister Wives’: Is Robyn Brown Open To Having Another Child?
We learned a few things during Sunday’s episode of Sister Wives. Kody Brown doesn’t look forward to having an empty nest. Kody Brown thinks he might want to have more children. And, Kody Brown’s children aren’t super vested in the idea of having additional siblings brought into the family.
As we previously reported, Sister Wives fans just assume Robyn Brown would be the bearer of any additional children. After all, she’s Kody Brown’s youngest wife.
It, however, has Sister Wives‘ fans wondering if she’s open to the idea.
Is Sister Wives star Robyn Brown open to having additional children?
While his children seemed shocked by Kody’s sudden interest in another child, Robyn did not seem to share in the surprise. In fact, she seemed open to the idea of having additional children.
“To be honest, some of the kids have been jerks about their dad and him having kids and stuff like that,” his youngest wife said in support of his interest in more children.
The Sister Wives star also clarified that she didn’t believe Kody was trying to sway her one way or the other. She believed he just wanted her to know the option was there.
“And it’s like, he’s trying to say, I’m young enough to have more kids if I want to.”
The Sister Wives couple just want to make sure their family is whole.
As Cheat Sheet reminds us, the Brown family are fundamentalist Mormons. They believe the souls of children linger in heaven waiting to come to the earth side.
“Kody and I are always trying to make sure that our family is complete and that there isn’t some sweet little spirit in heaven, waiting to be born into our family. We just want to make sure that Ari really, truly is the last of our family,” Robyn told the Sister Wives’ producers.

She, however, wasn’t too happy with Kody. She didn’t like that he shared their desire for additional children with the rest of the family. Was she worried about what people would think?
“But I don’t know what to do with the idea of him sitting here talking about it in front of everybody on Christmas Eve with this house. I don’t know what to do with this right now,” she added to the conversation.
What other options does Kody Brown have if Robyn isn’t open to the idea?
Robyn Brown not being open to the idea… Or, not being able to have any additional children wouldn’t necessarily be a deal breaker for Kody. There are other options. For starters, he could look to one of his other wives. Or, he could invest in a surrogate to carry his next child. Another possibly more controversial option would be for Kody to pick up a fifth, younger wife to bear additional children for him.
