Savannah captions the post with the following explanation:

VULNERABLE MOMENT FOR MY LADIES: I haven’t talked about this much because honestly…I have struggled BIG TIME. I’m insanely self conscious and just feel like my body has given up on me. I was diagnosed with Endometriosis when I was 18 and it’s been quite the struggle. The pain at times is unbearable and the toll it takes on my emotional/psychological health is pretty rough at times.”

With the help of the South Beach Diet and regular exercise, Savannah Chrisley has lost 20 pounds and gained about 10 pounds in muscle. However, the Atlanta native seems to understand and accept the fact that weight fluctuates. “My weight fluctuates and that’s just called being a woman and loving food,” says Savannah.

While endometriosis can cause fertility issues, it seems like Savannah has a plan. She says, “If I’m feeding my body great food, then my mood and life will thrive. I want to be healthy for my family and my future children.”
