Savannah Chrisley Gets Honest About Endometriosis
On social media Monday morning, Chrisley Knows Best star Savannah Chrisley gets honest about her health. Specifically, she talks about her Endometriosis diagnosis and what it means for her right now. According to her new post, this hasn’t been easy for her. She admits that it hasn’t been easy for her to talk about. She shares a selfie in the car, and she’s holding a manilla envelope.
Then, in her caption, she goes into detail about her history with Endometriosis. She writes ,”VULNERABLE MOMENT FOR MY LADIES: I haven’t talked about this much because honestly…I have struggled BIG TIME. I’m insanely self conscious and just feel like my body has given up on me.”
Savannah Chrisley reveals that she was diagnosed with Endometriosis at the age of 18. She adds that the pain can be “unbearable.” Also, it takes a toll on both her emotional and psychological health.

The Chrisley Knows Best star goes on to share that she’s going to have surgery on Tuesday. She writes, “Tomorrow I have my 3rd surgery. I have found a specialist in Atlanta and he is ONE OF A KIND! I will actually be posting a VLOG on this weeks experience in the coming weeks.”
Savannah also encourages her followers to share their own experiences with Endometriosis. Many of them are sympathizing with her and offering their support. They’re grateful that she’s being so open and honest about her diagnosis so others feel less alone.
Savannah Chrisley recently talked about freezing her eggs
Ahead of the new season of Chrisley Knows Best, Savannah was interviewed by ET Online. She reveals that the new season will feature some of her struggles with Endometriosis.
She explains, “For me, I go through all my relationship ups and downs and I talk about struggling with endometriosis. I turned 23 in August, but I have a doctor telling me, ‘Alright, you need to finish having kids by the time you’re 30.’ So I’m like, well if I want to have four kids I better start now, and so that’s not happening. So we talk about my different options, like freezing eggs.”
It’s unclear what the next surgery entails, but it sounds like Savannah will continue to keep her social media followers in the loop. So far, she hasn’t shared what the purpose of the surgery is. But, of course, fans are sending her their best wishes.
