‘Little People, Big World’ Preview: Amy Roloff Chooses A Ring Bearer
During the Tuesday, August 4 episode of TLC’s Little People, Big World, Amy Roloff chooses a ring bearer. Which lucky little boy will get to do the honors of bringing the rings down the aisle at her upcoming wedding?
LPBW fans know that Amy has two grandsons, Jackson and Bode, and two granddaughters, Ember and Lilah. So, she had a difficult decision to make in preparation for her wedding to Chris Marek. She had to choose one of her grandsons to be the ring bearer.
This season of the show has focused on Amy and Chris’s wedding plans. They’ve been pretty busy, but the end is in sight. Since the show is a little behind due to filming and production time, fans are seeing the wedding plans from a few months ago. The wedding is much closer in real-time.
Little People, Big World: Who is Amy Roloff’s ring bearer?
In a new sneak peek of the upcoming episode, Amy chooses a ring bearer between her two grandsons. The grandmother asks four-year-old Jackson if he will play an important part in her wedding.
In the clip, she says to Jackson, “I got a big question to ask of you. I want you to be in Mimi’s wedding. Do you know what that means?”
“I don’t really expect Jackson to understand what a ring bearer is, but I’m hoping he’ll not be intimidated by all the people,” Amy says in a confessional.
This isn’t the first time Jackson is taking on the role of ring bearer. He was a ring bearer at Jacob and Isabel Roloff’s wedding in 2019. Since he was younger, it didn’t go too well. Of course, he’s adorable, so nobody minded. Tori reflects on that previous ring bearer role, saying, “He panicked and didn’t love it, but he looked really cute. Hopefully, this time will be a little bit smoother.”
Later in the preview, Amy helps Jackson practice walking down the aisle with the ring box. She instructs him, “I’m gonna go over there and you’re gonna walk to me. Don’t run, but walk. See how Mimi’s walking?”
After a successful practice run, Jackson gets to take a peek at Chris and Amy’s rings in the box.
