Warning: This article contains SPOILERS for Season 17 of The Bachelorette.

The wait is over! ABC has chosen a host for the upcoming season of The Bachelorette. And viewers will see double trouble because the network tapped not one but TWO Bachelor Nation alums.

First Hint Chris Harrison Wouldn’t Host Bachelorette

On March 12, TMZ was the first to break the news that Chris Harrison wasn’t in New Mexico. Season 17 of The Bachelorette is filming in seclusion at Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa near Albuquerque.

Before filming can commence, the cast and crew must all quarantine for two weeks.

The gossip outlet revealed that the cast and the crew were already in New Mexico, but Chris Harrison was nowhere to be found.

Later that afternoon, Reality Steve posted the names of the hosts, courtesy of his inside sources.

Reality Steve Reveals Temporary Replacement Hosts

The new hosts of Season 17 are familiar with handing out roses. Both hosts had their time as the lead on The Bachelorette. One of them later won the Mirrorball Trophy on Dancing With The Stars.

The hosts of Season 17 of The Bachelorette are Kaitlyn Bristowe and Season 16 Bachelorette Tayshia Adams.

Kaitlyn dropped a HUGE hint on her Instagram Stories. She revealed that she’s under quarantine. When a fan asked why, she replied, “Cuz I finally get to hang with some people!”

As fans know, Kaitlyn and her boyfriend Jason Tartick fought COVID-19 in late 2020.

While Kaitlyn passed the time by answering fans’ questions, Tayshia Adams danced the time away. She posted several videos of her dancing. Her intention was to encourage people to “let loose” and have fun. With moves like that, she could be a serious contender on next season’s Dancing With The Stars if ABC renews the show.

Will Chris Harrison Be Back?

There has been a lot of chatter as to whether Chris Harrison should return to the franchise so soon. Last month he said some ignorant comments while trying to defend Rachael Kirkconnell against allegations of racism. After the backlash, he vowed to “step aside” as host temporarily.

He recently said that he does plan to come back, but fans are divided if it’s too soon. However, many Bachelor Nation alums have shared the opinion that it is too soon.

At the time of the scandal, Kaitlyn spoke about how “disappointed” she was in Chris Harrison, per Entertainment Tonight.

Viewers will still see Chris Harrison on the Season 25 finale of The Bachelor. That was filmed before the controversy. However, he is sitting out the After the Final Rose special. ABC brought in author Emmanuel Acho for the night.

ABC has yet to announce when The Bachelorette Season 17 will air. In fact, they haven’t confirmed who will be the lead. Reportedly, that announcement will come during the After the Final Rose.

Both air Monday, March 15, on ABC. Don’t miss it!
