Arie Luyendyk Jr. & Lauren Burnham Document Twins 14 Week Pregnancy Milestone
Fans speculated for awhile that Lauren Burnham could be pregnant due to a photo that surfaced with her other expecting friends. She shrugged it off and said they just happened to all be pregnant. Then, she was very careful to avoid husband Arie Luyendyk Jr. while he endured COVID-19. Finally, she and Arie announced they are expecting following her miscarriage in early 2020. And, Lauren is pregnant with twins!
Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham share pregnancy update
Arie went to the new Instagram account he and Lauren created for their twins to share an update. Today, Lauren is officially 14 weeks pregnant. She is out of the first trimester and feeling good. In Arie’s post he shared a stunning photo of Lauren in a black dress looking down at her growing bump.
He captioned the photo with a heartfelt message for their two little miracles. Arie said, “14 weeks today! There is so much to fill you two in on! Your Mom and I worked all week planning your room. We are so excited because we are adding on to our house and your mom has been dreaming up the prefect place for you to come home to. Every Saturday morning we wake up and read how much you two have grown. The big change this week is you can make faces like squinting and frowning 🙂 We can’t wait to see your little faces and all those expressions. It will be here before you know it! Love you -Dad.”
This is the second documented milestone for the twins
Last week, Lauren shared her first post on the Luyendyk twins Instagram. The post showed her looking stunning as usual. She was holding a letter board that said she was 13 weeks and the babies were the size of 2 peaches.
Lauren went on to say in her post that they finally made it out of the first trimester. And, she said one twin is definitely more active than the other. Lauren can’t wait to see if their behavior in the womb carries over once they are born.
Lauren also said she hopes the twins enjoy reading these messages one day.
She and Arie are extremely excited to grow their family to five. There has been no word yet on the twins gender. Although their doctor believes the twins are fraternal. Perhaps Lauren and Arie will make that gender announcement soon! In the meantime, stay tuned for more bump updates as Lauren’s pregnancy progresses.
