An Unexpected Contestant Gets A Perfect Score On ‘DWTS’ Horror Night
Dancing With The Stars Horror Night was certainly an exciting night! Hardly anyone was surprised when JoJo Siwa and Jenna Johnson pulled off another perfect score, but an unexpected contestant joined their ranks. Which DWTS couple also managed to pull off a 40/40?
DWTS Horror Night had a lot of unexpected, thrilling surprises for fans
When DWTS Season 30, we already knew the competition would be fierce. But each week, it’s only getting more competitive. Couples like JoJo Siwa and Jenna Johnson and Alan Bersten and Amanda Kloots continue to dominate the leaderboard. However, one couple emerged from Horror Night incredibly victorious.
When Iman Shumpert joined the show, not many fans were certain he’d last long. Basketball players typically don’t make it far in the competition due to their height. It’s not easy pulling off ballroom dance moves when you’re well over six feet tall.
But even so, Iman and his partner Daniella Karagach make it work.
DWTS fans know that Daniella is a stunning choreographer and she definitely put together an amazing routine this week. The pair performed a Contemporary routine to “I Got 5 On It (Tethered Mix from US)” by Luniz ft. Michael Marshall. Their performance paid homage to the horror film, US.
Iman and Daniella looked absolutely terrifying, but they also pulled off some amazing stunts!
Daniella’s choreography had the DWTS judges out of their seats. They could hardly contain their excitement. When it was time for scoring, all four judges happily gave Iman and Daniella a 10 without hesitation.

This may be the first time that Iman and Daniella pulled off a perfect score, but this definitely isn’t the first time they received great remarks from DWTS judges. Their Aladdin-inspired routine during Disney Week really impressed the judges too.
Even Iman’s wife has amazing things to say about the couple’s on-stage chemistry.
“I honestly think that their chemistry is amazing,” Teyana Taylor told Us Weekly in an exclusive interview. “I think that Daniella is an amazing choreographer. I’m a dancer, so I appreciate what she do and then she kills it.”
Daniella Karagach was a first-time DWTS pro last year when she competed with Nelly. The pair finished in third place. That’s not too bad for her first professional season!
It’ll really be tough to beat the couples at the top of the leaderboard, but Iman and Daniella are getting better week after week. At this rate, hardly anyone would be surprised to see them in the finals.
