Sharing her love with Instagram fans in a series of adorable photos, it is easy to see that Gia is very much like Teresa these days. Teresa Giudice is also involved in a serious relationship and often shares pictures of herself and her current beau Luis Ruelas.

However, RHONJ fans are voicing their concern for young Gia. They feel that Gia could be heading down a dark path. They think that not only is she rushing the relationship, but she is also changing her face with plastic surgery. Earlier this month, Gia Giudice’s fans began begging her to stop changing her face after the TV personality began looking “unrecognizable” while promoting a hair care product, according to The Sun.

One person wrote: “GIA! You are so gorgeous! Stop with all the enhancements!” 

Another person said: “You were so beautiful before. Why are you changing and doing stuff to your face.”

Gia reveals that she has undergone plastic surgery getting a nose job last summer. But, her fans feel Gia is not stopping at the nose and their concern is mounting.

The list includes Gia’s mom Teresa Giudice, who admits to undergoing two breast augmentation and liposuction surgeries. While she doesn’t own up to much more, fans believe the mother of four has gone even farther, plumping her lips and cheeks.

Fans are sounding off to Gia Giudice because they feel she is already naturally beautiful. Fans don’t want to see her go overboard, falling into the plastic surgery trap. They would hate to see her do something she may regret later in life, ruining her natural good looks. As for her relationship with Christian Carmichael, well, fans are all for it. Gia is young and in love. They want to see her and her mom happy.
