Details Of Major Duggar-Caldwell Family Drama Revealed
The Duggar family and Caldwell family appeared to get along well, but now it’s looking like the opposite is true. What’s going on between them? Will this have an impact on the rest of the family members too?
How do the Duggar family and Caldwell family know each other?
The two families have known each other for years. They share similar values and beliefs and appear to have raised their kids in the same way. Over the years, the family has taken plenty of pictures together, spent holidays with each other, and more.
Counting On fans also know that Joe Duggar and Kendra Caldwell are together. So, the two families have had a good opportunity to grow closer since the two tied the knot. Though fans would think that they may get along well, things have changed.
What’s going on between Jim Bob Duggar and Paul Caldwell?
Katie Joy of Without a Crystal Ball shares some information about the drama that occurred between Jim Bob and Paul, the two families’ patriarchs. According to Katie’s source, there are some major issues.
Katie writes, “The rift occurred in the spring of 2020. Paul was living in a home owned by Jim Bob Duggar rent free following the wedding between Kendra & Joe according to my source JB & Paul apparently got into something big.”
Then, she adds:
“My source claims JB demanded Paul & Christina pay rent. When they refused, they were kicked out of the house. My source claims Paul worked for JB & the housing was connected to employment & being JB’s pastor. When JB kicked them out, Paul & Christina moved into a newly built home by Kendra & Joe Duggar. The home was intended for Kendra & Joe to move into. Instead, Kendra & Joe remained in the log cabin – her parents moved into the new house – according to my source. The blood has apparently been bad between the Caldwells & Duggars since. Even though the Caldwells attended recent weddings & events held by the Duggars, this was due to their relationship with Kendra & Joe – according to my source.”
What does this mean for the Duggar family?
As we previously reported, this could have something to do with the lack of a relationship between Lauren Caldwell and one of the Duggar boys her age. She was previously engaged to a man named Titus Hall, but it looks like that was called off. So, fans are patiently waiting for Lauren to end up with a Duggar. There have been plenty of rumors about this. But with all of the drama going on between the families, this doesn’t seem so likely anymore.
So, it’s looking like a relationship between one of Jim Bob and Michelle’s sons and Lauren won’t be happening any time soon if the source is correct.
