Matt James Dishes On Why Katie Thurston Will Be The Best ‘Bachelorette’

Matt James dishes on why Katie Thurston will be the best Bachelorette
E! News shared all about what Matt James had to say about Katie as the new Bachelorette. It’s somewhat of an unspoken Bachelor tradition to give advice to the incoming lead. However, Matt doesn’t feel he needs to give any advice to Katie. In fact, Matt said he should have asked her for advice for his season.
He said, “I should’ve [asked] Katie for advice! She’s incredible. She’s going to do so well, and I’m excited for her to have this space to find her person.”
Matt continued saying, “I think that she’s going to be one of the best to ever do it, and it’s not going to be a surprise to me as we watch everyone across the country fall in love with her.”
Katie plans on being unapologetically herself
In one of the first promos released about Katie’s new season, she’s seen being unapologetically herself. She says, “I am who I am… I want to meet someone who knows who they are. My person is still out there.”
Fans are anxious to see Katie’s season when it premieres June 7 on ABC. No doubt Katie knows what she wants. She knows so much of what she wants that she actually ended her season early. Reports say Katie wrapped up filming an entire week early. However, nobody knows what this means. Did she find somebody?
Katie herself is certainly playing coy when it comes to her current relationship status. In one of her recent Instagram posts she shares video of herself in a bikini at the lake. She is holding her hand up, looking to the sky. Katie says her family is looking for a ring. She then flashes her ringless finger to the camera.
Guesses are already swirling about who Katie may have chosen. However, many wonder if she chose anyone at all. One possible contender is Blake Moynes. He appeared on Clare Crawley and Tayshia Adams season. Many had been shipping Katie and Blake together for the upcoming season of Paradise before she was announced as the new Bachelorette.
