‘7 Little Johnstons’ Season 9: Emma Shares Behind-The-Scenes Photo
7 Little Johnstons Season 9 fans heard about a renewal of the TLC show in February this year. Well, it’s not long now until Amber, Trent, Jonah, Elizabeth, Anna, and Emma Johnston return to our screens. The show premieres on May 25. Emma seems particularly excited about the new season. On Thursday, April 14, she shared a behind-the-scenes photo of herself with Alex.
7 Little Johnstons Season 9 renewal announcement came quickly
We reported that TLC fans didn’t wait for weeks or months for a renewal of the show. TLC made the announcement that they’d be back in February. However, Emma confirmed the premiere date as May 25. Fans seemed excited about another season despite some critics feeling that the last one seemed boring. In fact, last season revealed a lot of footage about Amber and Trent spicing up their intimate life. Actually, lots of people just didn’t need to see that.
7 Little Johnstons Season 9 likely covers the fact that Jonah moves out of his parent’s home. In fact, in another post shared by Emma, it looks like Elizabeth and Anna might move out as well. Recall, last season, Jonah ended up in a confrontation with Trent and Amber. It came after his girlfriend Ashley visited, and Jonah went back to his sometimes sulky demeanor. He’s also not careful with his money, so his mom and dad seemed fed up. They gave him just months to leave home.

Emma reveals a behind-the-scenes-photo
With 7 Little Johnstons Season 9 approaching, filming already started and Emma sounds excited about it. Maybe she also features a bit more this season. Last season fans saw her and Alex taking driving lessons. Her behind-the-scenes photo revealed Emma sitting on the red couch where they do their interviews. Reminding fans about the couch, she asked if they feel “excited” about the new season. Clearly, she is and it looks like she loves filming for the TLC show. Emma reminded fans of the premiere date and said that they feel “so excited to be back on tv.”
As usual, Emma hopes that she’s still the “cutest” of all the kids. Well, one fan diplomatically told her that both of them are the cutest. Most fans seem very excited about 7 Little Johnstons Season 9. Lots of them posted up hands-clapping emojis. Meanwhile, some of them seem super-excited about the TLC show. One follower commented, “Looking forward to seeing my Georgia family on the 25th@8pm. Let’s go Johnstons! ❤️ Emma you are the BEST!!!”
One 7 Little Johnstons Season 9 fan asked why they have a “red couch” like the “Bates” family. Trent popped up and claimed, “[the] Johnston’s had the red couch first! There is [a] meaning and purpose about the red couch… It wasn’t randomly picked.” Oh well, there’s another mystery for fans to ponder while they wait for the premiere.
