Younger actress Hilary Duff has a lot of fans wondering if she has given birth. On Friday, she posted something very cryptic on her Instagram.
However, Saturday she introduced the world to child number three! Did she have a boy or girl, and have they revealed the new baby’s name?
Did Hilary Duff Give Birth To Child Number Three?
Hilary Duff and her husband Matthew Koma are proud parents of a baby girl. Hilary went on Instagram and wrote, “Mae James Bair- We LOVE you beauty 3-24-21.” In the photo, Hilary is holding Mae James Bair, along with daughter Banks Violet in a sort of pool of water. Behind Hilary is her husband Matthew, and son Luca Cruz. Matthew is stroking her hair as both look lovingly at their new family member.
So, what we know about this post is that the couple had a baby girl, and she was born on March 24, 2021. She kept this secret for three days. But, the couple likely had to make a lot of phone calls.
On Friday, Hilary posted an Instagram photo of big sister Banks, with the words “I’m a big sister ……. marinating on how I feel about that!” This got everyone buzzing. That includes some of her co-stars. Besides not knowing whether or not Hilary had the baby, everyone wanted to know whether she had a boy or a girl.
Debi Mazar, Hilary’s Younger co-star asked, “Wait!!!! Banks is a BIG sis!??? Well then..Hope YOU and fam are doing well!!! Congratulations are clearly in order!

What was the big secret? According to People, Hilary, Matthew, and daughter Banks had a small-time gender reveal party. “We had a gender reveal with Banks and it was such a fun memory.” Why didn’t they announce it? “Unfortunately, during these times we felt it wasn’t appropriate. The way we are creating some excitement within the family is to wait to find out the sex on the baby’s birthday!”
