Tiffany Franco ‘Stuck in South Africa’ & It’s Not Clear Why
Tiffany Franco traveled back to South Africa in December and seemed excited about spending Christmas with Ronald. Well, Christmas came and went, and now mid-February approaches. On February 9, the 90 Day Fiance star said that she’s “stuck in South Africa.” But she never mentioned why that happened. After all, US citizens may still fly home.

We reported that Tiffany and Ronald finally reunited in South Africa. She took the kids with her. And fans felt happy for him as he missed the birthday of his daughter. At the time, we noted that “some countries also plan on banning flights out of South Africa as a new strain of the virus was announced there.” So, we speculated that she might get “stuck there for a bit.” Since then, the country experienced a second wave with the new South African COVID-19 variant, so she also experienced another lockdown. That’s over now, so quite why she remains “stuck” seems a bit of a mystery.
Admittedly, the Biden Administration made it much harder for non-US citizens to fly into the States. Perhaps that has something to do with it. But notably, they merely require a negative COVID-19 test less than four days old for US citizens. Business Insider noted that “only US citizens are exempt from [South African] travel restrictions, but…still [need] Covid-19 testing and quarantine measures.” Of course, flights from South Africa might take Tiffany Franco home. But perhaps cancellations take place given the limitations on non-citizens flying to the USA.
90 Day Fiance fans comment – Tiffany might as well enjoy South Africa
In the comments section of her post, TLC fans commented about where she stays. Ronald previously lived in Randfontein. But now, Tiffany said she stays with Ronald in “Pretoria.” Maybe he found a neighborhood where she feels a bit safer. Fans suggested that she makes the most of things and visits Cape Town. However, possibly money runs out and flights cost money. One fan asked if she ended up stuck because of COVID and a fan who knows someone there said “probably.” Well, potentially a lack of flights makes her stuck rather than the actual virus.
One fan said, “So lucky! Enjoy the beautiful SA weather! Cold & snowy here in Philly! I wish I was in SA with my family!”
Another 90 Day Fiance fan told Tiffany Franco, “That’s Good! I bet he’s Extremely Stoked about that! 👏👏🙌🙌.”
Others thought she could easily be “stuck” in worse places than South Africa. And others noted that at least she’s stuck with a man she loves and their two gorgeous kids. And yes, fans notice that they both look very happy. Clearly, the magic still exists between Ronald and Tiffany Franco.
