2020 was an unprecedented year for people around the globe, with COVID-19 in full swing. And it’s something that affected 90 Day Fiance stars, too. Production shut down temporarily. And TLC even released a series in quarantine where cast members filmed themselves.

Meanwhile, even though we are collectively in a new year, a lot of the same concerns still linger. Things were especially tough for cast members like Loren Brovarnik – who gave birth to baby Shai in the middle of the pandemic. In addition, Annie Suwan and David Toborowsky dealt with their fair share of hardship as well. And recently, Annie Suwan looked back on the tough year.

David Toborowsky’s Wife Shares Her Thoughts

Annie Suwan shared her thoughts with her followers on Instagram. She said that 2020 was “so hard” on both her and David Toborowsky. Both husband and wife lost people that were very close to them. Annie Suwan lost her grandfather. Meanwhile, David Toborowsky lost his father.

The 90 Day Fiance husband and wife even got COVID-19. But luckily, since they both recovered, they wanted to get right back to traveling – which is something they’re both very passionate about. Because they have the antibodies after getting the virus, they wanted to get right back to exploring the globe and having some “alone time.” So that’s likely one silver lining to come out of an otherwise hard year.

90 Day Fiancé Pair Back to More Adventures

Certainly, David Toborowsky and Annie Suwan don’t let things like catching COVID-19 and losing family members slow them down. The pair enjoyed the Dominican Republic. And along with looking back on 2020, Annie shared a happy photo soaking up the sun in the Caribbean country. And, it certainly looks like she had a good time.

In addition, Annie Suwan joked that she and David Toborowsky are busy harvesting Dominican pesos. And as far as overall impressions go, Annie added that she and her husband are “absolutely amazed” by their resort accommodations – as well as the people.

Even though there was a lot of hardship in 2020, Annie and David did some great things, too. The 90 Day Fiancé: Pillow Talk pair launched their own cooking show – and it’s a big hit with viewers. They are one of the most popular couples from the franchise. And many watchers can’t wait to see what they do next. So that’s definitely something to keep an eye on as their adventures continue.
