Alyssa Bates apologizes publicly
On Instagram Tuesday, Alyssa shared a series of photos of her family. Along with the photos, she writes, “Guys…. I’m apologizing in advance for all the maternity pictures I’m about to post.”
Prior to sharing that batch of photos, Alyssa had posted a couple of other maternity photos she had taken. So, she’s posted a good number of maternity pictures on social media so far.
Later in her caption, she writes, “I haven’t always done maternity pictures with every pregnancy and I kind of regret that. Looking back I wish I had taken more photos and enjoyed each stage just a little bit more. Pregnancy is a long and sometimes very difficult journey but it’s a beautiful one 🤰🏼One that I am so proud I get to experience.”

Kelly Jo Bates tells daughter not to apologize, fans agree
Of course, fans don’t want Alyssa to apologize for sharing her maternity photos. They love the new pictures and wish Alyssa wouldn’t apologize for this. Alyssa’s mom Kelly Jo commented, “These pictures are priceless!!! No apologies needed cause we LOVE following this journey with you!!!! ❤️❤️😍”
In response to Kelly Jo’s comment, other fans said they agree. They love to see Alyssa’s maternity photos, and they hope she continues to share more. They talk about how important it is to document this special time in her life.
Based on the comments section on Alyssa’s post, it’s safe to say that fans didn’t really need the apology from Alyssa. They are leaving very positive comments on her post. She isn’t getting any hate for the pictures.
Alyssa Bates’ pregnancy
Alyssa and her husband John Webster currently have three daughters. Their fourth baby is also a girl, and they plan on naming her Maci Jo. Maci is due to arrive in mid-February, so she will be here very soon.
Alyssa hasn’t had the easiest pregnancies, and she’s dealt with heart issues too. So, she believes this will be her last baby.
Throughout her pregnancy, Alyssa has been sharing updates via social media. She even had a livestreamed gender reveal so fans could be involved in the exciting moment.
