Lifetime’s Sweet Reunion, ‘Let’s Meet Again On Christmas Eve’
It’s A Wonderful Lifetime is premiering a new Christmas romance about missed chances, called Let’s Meet Again On Christmas Eve. Starring Kyla Pratt (The Christmas Pact) and Brooks Darnell (The Young and The Restless), this is a story about college sweethearts who get a second chance at love.
What Is Lifetime’s Let’s Meet Again On Christmas Eve About?
According to the Lifetime synopsis, college sweethearts Corinne (Pratt) and Rob (Darnell) decide to go their separate ways. They have both graduated and both are getting dream opportunities. The only problem is that they are on opposite sides of the world.
Corrine and Rob decide that in two years, they will meet on Christmas Eve. If they meet, then their love is forever. So, two years later, it is time for the meetup. One does make it to their appointed spot. But, the other is a no show. Sadly, this means that this was not a forever love.
Now, years later, they are successful at meeting up on Christmas Eve. This is because they are both hired to organize a wedding. So what happened? Why didn’t they meet? Is there still a sliver of a chance that this surprise reunion means that they are meant to be?
They find that there is still some chemistry, but why didn’t they meet when they planned? The two continue to enjoy skating and other Christmasy activities, finding that they still hold a flame for each other. But, is it enough for a lasting and magical love?
Rob thinks Corrine is dismissive. She thinks this was just puppy love. But, it turns out that they were both checking on each other all of the time they were apart.
