‘Bachelorette’ Fans Still Salty Over Clare Crawley Ocean Tryst
The Bachelorette fans have been waiting MONTHS for the new season. But so far, they are utterly disappointed in Clare Crawley’s journey to love. In fact, they are ready for rumored co-lead Tayshia Adams to take over. Trolls flooded the comment section of the ABC show’s official social media with hate for Clare.
It seems that many fans are still not over her impromptu hook-up with The Bachelor’s Juan Pablo.
Clare Crawley Still Slut-Shamed Over Ocean Hook-Up
Way back in 2014, Clare Crawley was a contestant trying to win Juan Pablo’s heart on The Bachelor. That season was notorious for its shocking twists. First, Clare snuck out of her hotel room and ended up swimming in the ocean with Juan Pablo. Fans thought that the two hooked-up during the swim, but Clare has always denied it.
But still, fans persist in slut-shaming Clare for the ocean hook-up.
Then at the end of the season, Clare was part of one of Bachelor Nation’s most epic takedowns. The hairstylist let Juan Pablo know exactly what she thought of him after he whispered something vulgar to her during their final date.
It remains an unparalleled moment in reality TV history!
But some fans are still salty over the ocean hook-up. That’s clear by some of the comments fans leave on social media. The show’s official Instagram recently shared a preview of tomorrow’s episode. In the preview, the other men get upset because Dale Moss is monopolizing their time with Clare.
In the video, it looks like Clare and Dale are getting frisky. This made one fan flashback to her hook-up with Juan Pablo. The fan wrote, “Clare’s whole modus operandi is to see how quickly she can get the guy in the sack. Or in the ocean in the case of Juan Pablo. Then she wonders why they tire of her by date 3.”

Many fans of the dating competition are annoyed with the rumors that Clare skips out on the season after finding love with Dale Moss. But fans aren’t sure how many more episodes of Clare they will have to watch.
Fans Debate When Tayshia Adams Will Appear on The Bachelorette
In the Season 16 premiere, the show confirmed in the final minutes that a new Bachelorette takes over for Clare. However, they did not reveal the new lead’s face. Online gossip is positive that it is Tayshia Adams. But what fans aren’t sure of is WHEN she will make her first appearance.
In the comment section, one fan wrote that the episode airing this week is Clare’s last. But another fan chimed in that this is “not true.” Rather, Clare will be in “2 more” episodes. Another fan reported that they “heard mid November” for Clare’s final episode.
Whether Clare leaves this week or in two weeks, fans are READY for her to go.
Clare Claps Back at Fans Bashing Her For Nude Dodgeball Game
The new season of The Bachelorette is only two episodes in and fans are already riled. In last week’s episode, Clare challenged the men to compete in a game of “naked dodgeball.”
Many fans took to social media to trash ABC and Clare for promoting such a display. Several fans pointed out that the show would never do that to female contestants. Except they did. And Clare has receipts.
She took to Twitter to share one of the many negative tweets she’s received. In the tweet, the disgruntled fan tries to call Clare out, “If The bachelor asked the women do the same things all heck would break loose.”
Clare shared the tweet with an image of Juan Pablo and two of the female contestants from Season 18 nude. “You mean like this?”

Us Weekly identifies the two women as Andi Dorfman and Lucy Aragon. Several fans replied to Clare with standing ovation memes.
