Whether it be a work out in the morning or a relaxing time in the tub at night..just remember YOU!”

The OutDaughtered mom continued by recognizing that mom guilt was a real thing. The unfortunate truth is when a woman has children she sometimes think she is no longer important. And, Danielle Busby insists you can’t think like that. She reveals “YOU TIME” is both healthy and important.

She continued: “So if you are telling yourself Today that you don’t have time or if you don’t want to…I want you to change your thoughts and tell YOURSELF TODAY.”

Danielle added that she thought finding “YOU TIME” made her a better wife, mother, and person.
