Danielle Busby Shares Decorating Trick She Learned During Filming
The house of OutDaughtered stars Danielle and Adam Busby always seems to look incredible on social media. This is also generally true as we see new episodes of the TLC series as well. But, fans of the series can’t help but wonder. When does Danielle Busby and her husband Adam find time to decorate the house with so many children to care for? Moreover, where did Danielle learn those incredible decorating skills?
Turns out, there are a lot of perks to being on television that people don’t really think about. One of which being learning fun and quick decorating tips.

On her Instagram Stories, Danielle Busby took fans on a tour of some of her fall decorations around the house. She made the decision to do this after sharing photos of her decoration progress from the day before. She explained that her fans had asked her questions about where some of her decorations came from. So, she decided to show off some of the individual pieces and discuss where they could be purchased. And, it turns out, Danielle Busby is a pretty thrifty girl. She admits she isn’t afraid to hit up that $1 section for some cheap fall decorations. And, that’s exactly where some of her fake white and orange pumpkins came from.
Danielle Busby also had a gorgeous “thankful” sign on her mantel with pictures and fake pumpkins. She admits she wasn’t completely sure where she acquired the sign. And, chances are pretty good you can get a similar one a lot of different places. But, she believes she picked hers up at Marshall’s.
She also showed off a basket with a blanket and a table runner stuffed inside and hanging outside. She thought the white table runner with a little bit of brown added a nice pop of color to the room. Again, she wasn’t sure, but she thought the giant woven basket might have come from T.J. Maxx.
Danielle also shows off a cute tray with fall decorations. She acquired some of these at Hobby Lobby.

The OutDaughtered mom takes the decorating tour outside.
Danielle Busby proceeded to take the tour outside. This is when she admitted she had a decorating trick she wanted to show her fans. She started by showing more of her fake pumpkin decorations. Danielle really seemed to enjoy them. Then, she called attention to the large white planter on her porch.
She admits the planter did have some summer/spring flowers in it. But, they died. This is when Danielle proceeds to open up about not having much of a green thumb. During filming, she learned a trick to fix this problem. Faux flowers. Danielle said she acquired some faux flowers during a sale at Hobby Lobby. She bought two with the intention of putting one in each white planter. But, the planter was so large she had to put both in the same planter.
Anyway, she loved how great the faux flowers looked in the planter! And, the best part is she no longer has to worry about killing anything.
