‘Unexpected’ Max Schenzel Sentence To Jail Until 2021
Unexpected dad, Max Schenzel, is headed to jail until 2021. Apparently Max will not be released until January 8, 2021.
‘Unexpected’ Star heads to jail
Max has been an interesting person to watch on Unexpected. As a dad and boyfriend, he was constantly getting into trouble on the show. And, he has a history with probation and drug use. Now, it sounds like everything has come back to haunt him. According to Starcasm, he won’t be out of jail until January.
Apparently this jail time comes after the hearing for two of his four criminal cases. One of those cases taking place back in April. Apparently he tried to steal a car and he also resisted a police officer. The other case is from when he stole a credit card. That case in particular has been mentioned on Unexpected quite a few times. It’s one of Chloe’s family’s favorite reasons for not liking Max.
Max did just get in a fight with his ex-girlfriend, Chloe Mendoza, on social media for all to see. Apparently he “taunted” Chloe with how well he has been doing lately.
“we’ll see what the judge has to say when she sees the progress I’ve made to be in my daughter’s life and the progress you’ve made,” he wrote on social media.
Clearly, it didn’t go as well as he planned considering he now has six months in jail to serve. Now, it will likely be even harder for him to be in his daughter’s life.

Chloe calls Max abusive
Chloe and Max were in a relationship for quite sometime before their split. Since then, Chloe has come out with some abusive allegations against Max. Apparently this started when Max threw a remote at her, causing an injury to her face. Allegedly, Chloe wasn’t originally mad because he threw it but because of how bad it would look to her parents.
Since then, even more, has happened causing Chloe to put a restraining order on Max. She says that not only did he throw a remote at her, but he busted her lip and even kicked their daughter in the back.
Chloe also reports that if she acts scared it makes him want to “hit” her. She even says that he “kicked her in the face.”
Reportedly, Max downplays it by telling Chloe that it never leaves a mark so she was just being silly for complaining.
