Tonight on a new episode of Big Brother 22 All-Stars Keesha was sent home. Julie Chen made sure to tell her that when she left the house she needed to do a few things. Well, fans are shocked over what happened.
Big Brother makes Keesha mask up
As they were voting out the first person, Julie Chen told them to make sure they stayed socially distanced. She also wanted them to put on their mask as they left the house. Keesha was evicted and put on her mask to talk to Julie
Now, the odd thing is that Julie didn’t have a mask on. She just kept talking to Keesha like it was no big deal. There is not a live audience either.
Why was this odd on Big Brother?
Julie Chen has been living her life, while Keesha has been in the Big Brother house. To be on the show, you had to be tested for COVID-19. She has only been around people who were also tested. This shows that there is no reason to worry about Keesha passing something on to Julie.
Josh Martinez was supposed to be on the show and actually wasn’t able to due to the COVID-19 testing. It even sounds like he had a false negative because he was tested again later and it was negative. Fans would have liked to see him on Big Brother.
CDC explains masks
Masks are said to protect people from your germs. Julie Chen is the one who should have been wearing a mask or both of them should have had one on. On the CDC website, it explains a bit about how masks keep us safe. Here is some of what they explain.
“CDC recommends that people wear masks in public settings and when around people who don’t live in your household, especially when other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain. Masks may help prevent people who have COVID-19 from spreading the virus to others. Masks are most likely to reduce the spread of COVID-19 when they are widely used by people in public settings.”
This confuses everyone of why Julie wouldn’t wear a mask and Keesha would. The other odd thing is that if it was to help with us being able to hear them Keesha still talked just like Julie does.
Fans complain on Twitter
Below are a few posts from Twitter unhappy about what went down.
Julie Chen-Moonves was like, “Once you’re evicted, don’t touch me. Don’t look at me. Don’t get near me. You’re gross. Put on your mask. We’re not doing this.” #BB22
