John Paul Jones Wishes Tayshia Adams The Best As She Embarks On ‘Bachelorette’ Journey
Many Bachelor alums are speaking out about Tayshia Adams replacing Clare Crawley as The Bachelorette. Fans and alums alike are praising the decision and excited for Tayshia’s journey. One person, in particular, is really happy for Tayshia. That would be her ex boyfriend, John Paul Jones.

US Weekly was able to catch up with John Paul to get his take and feelings on Tayshia becoming The Bachelorette. John Paul said, “I’m really happy and excited for her on this new journey.” He continued, “I hope she finds the love and happiness that she deserves.”
John Paul and Tayshia met on Bachelor in Paradise last summer. They continued to date until they split in October 2019. There are no hard feelings between the two and both have moved on from their relationship.
Following their split, John Paul continued to make a life for himself in California. He once told US Weekly about dating, “I’m just very casually meeting people. I’m a little reluctant to jump into anything very serious.”

She’s getting another chance at love
Tayshia first made her debut in Bachelor Nation during Colton Underwood’s season of The Bachelor. She instantly became a fan favorite. Colton ended up choosing to be with Cassie Randolph over Tayshia. She got over it and moved on to Bachelor in Paradise where she met John Paul.
Following her split from him, fans were eager to see her become the next Bachelorette. She expressed interest in the role and even interviewed for it. Ultimately production chose Clare Crawley.
Rumors have it Clare has already fallen in love with Dale Moss and this is why she is exiting the show. This is the first time anything like this has happened within the franchise. Guys who had already went home were called and asked back so Tayshia would have her chance.
Clare reportedly found love, hopefully Tayshia can too. She is already at the La Quinta Resort in California quarantining and ready to find love. Here’s hoping she has a connection with some of the men being that they were chosen to be with Clare. There is no word is any different men will be cast.
While the news has not been officially confirmed by The Bachelorette production crew, most news outlets are confirming it’s true. This includes Chris Harrison’s girlfriend, Lauren Zima. She is a correspondent for Entertainment Tonight. Lauren went to Instagram to share congrats to Tayshia.
There is no doubt this is definitely shaping up to be the most dramatic season ever!
