90 Day Fiance: B90 Strikes back featured Ash Naeck and Avery Warner in Monday’s episode. There, they talked about their relationship. Plus, they also talked but Ash’s eyes. Actually, Naeck wore some strange spring-type glasses and that drew a lot of attention. But, many fans who mocked his bugged-out eyes felt bad when they heard about his Graves disease.
90 Day faicne – Ash Naeck suffers from Graves Disease
Back in March, we reported that Ash revealed on his Instagram that he suffers from a hyperactive thyroid. Firstly, the symptoms started at about the age of 21. In his post, he told his fans that he feared Graves Disease. That came after he consulted with a naturopath and holistic health expert. Fans know that plenty of people mocked him because his eyes bug out a lot. But, not everyone trolled and teased him. Some of them kindly suggested in his DMs that he gets checked out for Graves Disease.
Some of those people who reached out to him worked in the medical field. Now diagnosed, he takes medication and watches his diet. Meaww noted that he and Avery never thought his eyes might hint at a life-threatening condition. It’s just the way he was. The 90 Day Fiance stars didn’t go on the reality TV show for a medical diagnosis but that’s what they ended up with. Now fans know about his diagnosis, many of them feel very sorry.

Fans sorry about Ash Naeck’s eyes
According to The Mayo Clinic Graves Disease is a thyroid problem. One of the symptoms is his bugling eyes. The “immune system disorder…results in the overproduction of thyroid hormones.” Other symptoms include a possible loss of vision and a very fast heart rate. Bear in mind that with COVID-19 around, that puts Ash at high risk if he gets the virus. On Twitter, fans talked a lot about Ash and how he coped with all the mockery and trolling over his bulging eyes.
One 90 Day Fiance fan commented, “Holy cr*p, Ash. That’s pretty rad that you figured out something was wrong through being on the show. I could NEVER have seen that coming. 2020 is weird.” Another fan wrote, “I’m sorry to hear that Ash’s eyes were a side effect of him having Graves’ disease. Autoimmune conditions are no joke. I’m just glad the show helped him discover that he had it.” Another fan said it for people in the back: “Oh crap. We sorry, Ash!”
