Meghan King Edmonds, Jim Edmonds Fight Over Children Amid Coronavirus Pandemic
Meghan King Edmonds and Jim Edmonds’ divorce continues to drag on. The former exes are in the middle of a custody battle amid the coronavirus pandemic. Meghan and Jim’s three children were staying with Meghan at her Los Angeles home. Meghan offered to keep the children with Jim, but he’s still not happy. He feels that Meghan put their children in danger.

RHOC alums fight over the custody of their children during pandemic
Per Us Weekly, Meghan King Edmonds and Jim Edmonds are in the fight of their life. Their custody battle heated up amid the coronavirus pandemic. Both parties aren’t happy with learning how much the other has been traveling. Sources told Us Weekly that Meghan had daughter Aspen, 3, and twin boys Hayes and Heart, 23 months, with her at her Los Angeles home until recently.
The kids are now with Jim in St. Louis as Meghan spends time with her new boyfriend Christian Schauf in Utah. The insider revealed that while Jim is ecstatic to have his children with him, he’s concerned about Meghan’s mental health. He finds her blog posts and social media posts worrisome.

The insider also revealed that “Jim has not traveled at all during the pandemic.” He went to Nashville before the shutdown and has remained there since. He didn’t want Meghan to travel to bring the kids with him. The insider insists that he would never “put any of his children at risk.”
A second source says that Meghan was extremely cautious. The “Intimate Knowledge” podcast host even made flying arrangements with her ex-husband, but he refused. She insisted on keeping their children with her in Los Angeles, “but Jim said no.” She also offered to get their kids tested for COVID-19, but he refused to work with her. Jim doesn’t see a need to test their kids if they’re not sick.
“Meghan was within her rights to take the kids to California and to St. Louis and Jim asked that she bring them to St. Louis,” Meghan’s rep told Us Weekly.
Meghan King Edmonds’ ex-husband responds to child support claims
People previously revealed that Meghan King Edmonds claimed that the former MLB star “barely pays for groceries for my tribe.” Jim responded to her claims in a statement via his rep.
“We’re not going to give numbers because it’s no one’s business, but if what Jim is giving to Meghan each month for child support doesn’t cover her groceries, she must be getting her eggs from Faberge,” Jim’s publicist, Steve Honig, said in a statement to People.

Jim’s statement came after Meghan told an Instagram follower that her child support “barely pays for groceries.” Meghan and Jim married in 2014 after a year and a half of dating. The couple split after five years of marriage last fall. Meghan claims that he cheated with one of the couple’s former nannies and his new girlfriend Kortnie O’Connor.
