Mel Carver (Landon), is a single mom dating and living together with Ben Shields (Close). But, according to the Lifetime preview, Mel tells Ben, “I’m having second thoughts.” This is not just a breakup, this is a disruption. Mel realizes that when she apologizes that he is the one that “has to leave.” This is her place.
This split is not going well. It has taken a chilling turn, as it looks like she is literally shutting him out and Ben looks furious! Suddenly, Mel starts to hear things around the house. Is someone inside? This is Lifetime Movies, so you know there is!

Who Is Jen Landon?
Jennifer Landon, sometimes called Jen, is Michael Landon’s youngest daughter. As she told Smashing Interviews in 2017, she was only seven when the Little House On the Prairie star passed away. Her memories of him are quite wonderful. He was very funny and fun to be with.
As for her characters, people ask if she will ever return to Young and The Restless and portray Heather Stevens again. She says that she is a “cursed” character. But, she loved working on Animal Kingdom and Chicago Med. Now, you can see her on Lifetime.
