Carlin Bates Applauded For Smart Parenting Move
Carlin Bates and Evan Stewart are new parents. They just welcomed their first baby, Layla Rae, to the world two months ago. But, in this short time, they’re already proving to be great parents. On social media, Carlin recently received some praise from her followers for a parenting decision she made.
Instagram users are confused about recent photos
As usual, Carlin shared a few photos of her growing baby girl. In the pictures, Layla is laying on her back in her crib. She’s wearing a black and white polka dot outfit, and she’s even wearing a white bow. Carlin writes, “Just tryin’ to bring some cuteness to the gram today with miss Layla Rae Stewart.” In the photos, it looks like Layla is either laughing or smiling.
But, something caught Carlin’s followers’ attention. They noticed that Layla has something on her foot. It resembles a brace or a bandage of some sort. This immediately caused fans to be concerned. They thought that something had happened to Layla.
On the post, Carlin Bates’ followers commented, expressing their worries. One asked, “What’s wrong with her foot?” Another asked, “what happened to her foot ?” Similar comments followed too. It seems that Carlin’s followers were pretty worried about Layla and wanted to know what happened.

Carlin Bates talks about what’s on Layla’s foot
Once the concerned comments started rolling in, Carlin made sure to address them. In response to one comment, she said, “She wears a @owletcare baby monitor that tracks her heart rate and oxygen levels.”
Just because Layla wears a monitor doesn’t mean anything is wrong with her. They’re likely using it to monitor regular oxygen levels and keep an eye on her heart rate. It’s just precautionary to keep Layla safe and to make sure Evan and Carlin are aware of any sudden changes. If something more serious was going on, fans would likely know.
Now that Carlin’s followers know that everything is okay, they are applauding her. Her followers think that using an Owlet Care baby monitor is a great idea. And, they think it’s even more impressive that Carlin is using it for her first baby. Just two months into motherhood, she seems to be doing well.
One of Carlin Bates’ followers responded and said, “that is so responsible what a great mom you are an amazing woman.” Other similar comments came in too. Her followers think she’s a great mom already.
