On Super Tuesday, Jill Duggar Dillard took her kids with her to vote. Jill shared a picture on Instagram. It features her two kids, Israel, 5, and Samuel, 2. The boys are holding up their own practice ballots. They’re also wearing “I voted” stickers.

The Duggar daughter writes, “We voted! Exercise your right to vote today! We had fun this year printing off sample ballots for the boys to each have their own to practice with. They loved it!”

Israel looks especially proud to be showing off his ballot. One of Jill’s followers joked that it isn’t fair that the boys were able to vote since they had to be 18 to vote for the first time. Jill replied to that comment with a smiley face.

In the comments section, Jill’s followers can’t stop talking about how great it is that her two sons tagged along. They have mostly positive things to say about the boys going with her to vote. They think that she’s setting a good example for her kids and encouraging them to vote someday too. Plus, she’s encouraging her many followers to go out to vote in the elections too.

Someone said, “it’s great to see kids learning civic responsibility! Voting is so important. I have a feeling you and I do not share the same politics, but that doesn’t matter to me–everyone who can vote, should vote–no matter what!

Another added, “🇺🇸❤️🇺🇸Yes!! It’s a privilege as well as a duty! Good for you instilling the importance of voting to your boys at their tender ages. You’re a great mama! 💗😊”

Yet another one of Jill’s followers commented, “GREAT job being good examples to your boys! It’s SO important to teach them to cherish this very important responsibility! (Besides, if we don’t vote, we have no right to complain! 🤪)

Plenty of similar comments followed. Lots of Duggar fans added that they’d be voting that day too. They seemed very happy to see Jill encouraging her followers to use their voices by voting. Of course, not every comment was positive. Some of Jill’s followers left rude comments about voting and about who she chose to vote for.

What do you think of Jill taking her kids with her to vote? Do you think it’s a good idea, or does it not matter since they’re so young? Share your thoughts below.
