Hallmark’s Love Ever After special Valentine’s movies continues with Matching Hearts. Starring the Hallmark dream team of Ryan Paevey and Taylor Cole, this is a story of a matchmaker whose been challenged to match a confirmed bachelor who is not looking for love.
What Is Matching Hearts About?
Professional matchmaker, Julia Palmer (Cole) has found her perfect challenge in the gorgeous Daniel (Paevey). He is new to Portland, Oregon and she wants him to sign up for her matchmaking service. What is the challenge? His nickname is “Mr. Stay Single.” Sounds like a professional challenge! Julia’s job status will improve if she finds him a match.
After hanging out and getting to know Daniel, Julia realizes that he is pretty perfect. She takes the compatibility test and yes, they are a perfect match. But, she is a professional, and he is a client. She cannot give up all that she has worked for, even if he is perfect for her.
At the company’s annual Valentine’s Day party, Julia sees Daniel, who has showed up with his matched date. Although Julia is not happy about this match that she put together, she is determined to be a professional and ignore her intense feelings. But, it looks like Daniel has some truths of his own, and needs to tell Julia.
A Hallmark Movie About Love
According to the Hallmark “On Location” video for Matching Hearts, this is a movie all about love. Taylor Cole shares that “everyone” finds love. They are “reconnecting with love and finding love with pets.” Pets? Paevey shared that when the cameras were off, they both were snuggling up to the adorable puppies on the set.
