Duggar: Lauren Shares Heartfelt Post About Infant Loss Awareness Month

Duggar fans know that Lauren Duggar tragically had a miscarriage during her first pregnancy. Shortly after the loss, Josiah and Lauren shared several posts about their journey. Now, they are happily expecting another baby, who should arrive in November. This is their rainbow baby, which is a baby born after a loss. The couple is expecting a girl.

Because Lauren and Josiah are so open with Duggar fans, they have shared a lot about their loss on social media. They have posted encouraging messages to parents who have lost babies in the past. In response, they have gotten plenty of love and encouragement from their fans.

So far, this pregnancy appears to be going smoothly with no major health concerns that fans know of. Since Lauren is open with her fans, it’s likely that she will share any news, whether it’s good or bad.

Lauren has shared that the pregnancy has been difficult for her. On her Instagram page, she shared a bump photo and said, “This pregnancy hasn’t been easy. I treasure every moment and I am reminded daily that life is truly a miracle from God.” This was in August.

Lauren Duggar talks about Infant Loss Awareness Month

On Instagram Thursday, Lauren shared a photo of a baby bassinet with a few baby items in it. In her caption, she wrote a long, heartfelt message to parents who have also lost babies. She wrote, “Sending love this month to any parent who has lost a baby. Losing a little life at any stage is heartbreaking and devastating and should not go unnoticed. For all you mamas, yes, even you mamas who’s arms have never had the chance to hold your babies-you’re a Mama! Remember, that you are loved.”

After her miscarriage, Lauren chose to be very open with Duggar fans. She explained that she wants to make sure that nobody feels alone during these hard times. In an Instagram post, she wrote, “I know by y’all sharing your stories it has not only helped me, but many other women who have gone through the same trials.”

Fans seem to appreciate these sweet messages from Lauren. They think it’s great that she is using her platform for this purpose. In some of her posts, Lauren has included a balloon to represent Asa, which is the name they gave to the baby she miscarried. Via social media, Lauren has tried to be an encouragement to those who have been affected by infant loss.
