For most, one child is hard enough to raise, but Adam and Danielle Busby have the difficulty of raising six young daughters and airing it on TLC’s OutDaughtered. They have an 8-year-old daughter, Blayke, and 4-year-old quintuplets. Since the quints were just babies, they’ve been putting their lives on screen, they believe it’s their calling to share with the world.
Adam and Danielle are great parents and they love all their children dearly, there’s no doubt about it, they’d never change their situation. But that doesn’t imply it’s an easy job. Adam and Danielle have been candid about the difficulties they face as their kids get older. Danielle’s recent Instagram post even shows the exhaustion she is currently struggling with.
Danielle Opens Up About Her Difficulties As The Kids Age
Having six babies is a challenge, there’s no argument there. But the couple is now facing new difficulties as these babies age. All of the kids are developing their own personalities, Danielle explained this in her personal blog. Keeping up with needs and wants, making sure they’re treated as individuals, and caring for them takes a lot of time and effort. Danielle takes to social media to give her followers a reminder that being a mom takes hard work and effort, and she’s not here for any unnecessary critique.
Adam had an interview with People, where he defended his parenting and explained the commentary of critics has nothing to stand on. “In world history, there have only been six parents who have dealt with raising all-girl quintuplets,” Adam said. “There’s nobody out there who knows the intricacy of the decisions we make.”
Daniel gets candid with her followers outside the show on her “It’s a Buzz World” blog and her Instagram. Recently, she got very real about how she balances her ultra-packed schedule. The Instagram post below shows her napping on the couch with two of the younger children. In the caption, Danielle gave tips about staying organized as she raised six daughters, takes care of the home, and owns her own business.

I’m a wife, Mom of 6, business owner, and house runner 🤪 💕 I can tell you the biggest thing to managing your days between work and family life is a routine 👉🏻👉🏻👉🏻S.C.H.E.D.U.L.E 👈🏻👈🏻👈🏻 I’m here to tell you that there is enough time in your days to do what you need to business wise and still be the wife & mom you want to be. I’m all for planning and schedule. *Tip* find one day a week (I like Monday’s) to plan out what your week will look like. ( I’m all for scratching things off my to do list..makes my type A personality super happy to see something scratched off my list! ) *On Mondays I write down absolutely everything I need to do for the week, work & family related. From business meetings, to emails, to appointments, to lunch dates, to play dates, and also date night (👈🏻 don’t forget that one 💑). BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, what this photo symbolizes to me is…even as hectic and crazy as your days may be… don’t ever let cuddles / hugs / i love you’s EVER GET PUSHED ASIDE. We all need time in our days & schedule to do just this….SLOW DOWN! And tell yourself, it’s ok! #worklifebalance #mamalife #businesswoman #itsabuzzworld

She prioritizes her dates with Adam, keeping those in mind during weekly scheduling to maintain a healthy marriage.
Some Say She Looks Wiped Out
“On Mondays, I write down absolutely everything I need to do for the week, work & family related. From business meetings to emails, to appointments, to lunch dates, to play dates, and also date night,” she wrote. Danielle added, taking time to slow down and make time for cuddling and love is just as important as productivity.
Danielle writing about keeping a schedule was a hit with her fans. They loved her for showing her exhaustion, it’s part of motherhood that is rarely shown. “You look so tired,” one follower commented. Another wrote, “I love this picture, its reality. Thank you. Love your show and little ladies.” Yet another added, “Poor Danielle, I am not surprised she is tired keeping up with six kids.”
Regardless of how tired Danielle looks in the photo, she feels blessed to have her kids and share her experience. Don’t miss new episodes of Outdaughtered on TLC in October.
