Sweet Home Sextuplets dad Eric Waldrop has a big reason to celebrate. On social media on Monday, his wife, Courtney, revealed that it’s a very special day for him. So, what’s new with the Waldrop family, and how are they celebrating Eric?

In a new Instagram post on Monday, December 20, Courtney excitedly revealed that it’s her husband’s 40th birthday.
The mom to nine writes, “Eric turns the BIG 40 YEARS OLD TODAY🎉🎉🎉 we have now celebrated 27 birthdays together🥰WOW!! That’s crazy to think about…HAPPY BIRTHDAY to a man that spends every second of his day doing for everyone else and loving us unconditionally!! We LOVE you so very much!!”
Then, she adds, “You make 40 look good…I’ll be there soon with you!!😜” Courtney’s birthday is March 3, so she will turn 40 in just a few months.
Along with the sweet caption, she put together an Instagram Reel with family photos. There are pictures of Eric with all six babies, with the older boys, and more. The family has many sweet, special memories to share.
Sweet Home Sextuplets fans send birthday wishes his way.
In the comments section of Courtney’s new post, Eric is getting lots of love. Fans are wishing him a happy birthday and gushing over the sweet video she made of their photos from over the years. They think that Eric is a great father and an awesome husband and that he and Courtney make a good team. Raising nine kids is no easy task, but they manage to do it well and keep smiling through it all.
One fan writes, “Happy, Happy Birthday, Eric! You are an amazing example of what a husband and father should be. I enjoy watching you love your family so well. They are definitely blessed beyond words to have you!”
Another Instagram follower calls him “Superdad.” Plenty of similar compliments are coming in as fans wish him a happy birthday. Eric is well-loved by fans who have gotten to know him on social media and from the family’s old TLC show.
