Kody Brown Talks ‘Problems’ With Janelle’s Parenting
Kody Brown and his wife Janelle come head-to-head in a discussion about parenting during the next episode of Sister Wives. TLC dropped a short preview teaser for the upcoming episode showing just a clip of the heated discussion between the two. Turns out, the TLC star takes great issue with some of Janelle’s parenting methods. And, he notes she’s always had “problems” with her parenting methods.
Kody Brown calls attention to problems with Janelle’s parenting
As we previously reported, Janelle Brown has made it clear she will not choose Kody over her sons Garrison and Gabriel. Janelle argues it is something that comes with the territory of being in a plural marriage. Moreover, Sister Wives fans believe choosing children over all others is just the right parenting move in general. Kody, however, does not believe his wife Janelle is making the wise parenting choice. In fact, he notes this particular issue has always been a problem for Janelle.
During the conversation, Kody Brown called Janelle out on failing to school her children on who was in charge. Kody pointed out that it is clear her children run her household. And, he implied that her children really didn’t have much respect for her as their mother.
Janelle Brown disagreed with her husband completely. She noted that she would not deny putting her children first. Her children were the center of her world. Janelle, however, did not think that was the wrong decision. Nor did she believe it was a mistake on her parenting job.
She wants to build a strong foundation for her children
Janelle Brown points out that the world is a difficult place to live in right now. And, she cannot be a mother who tosses her children out in the world without a stable foundation to start growing from. Frustrated, Kody Brown disagrees as he believes Garrison should fix his own problems as an adult.
Janelle, however, points out that they have always helped their children when help was needed. Likewise, she did not believe something as simple as buying Garrison a car was the same kind of help they have provided to their other children.
By the end of the conversation, Janelle Brown puts her foot down. She is unwilling to throw Garrison out simply because Kody is insisting she should.

How can he come and insist on anything!! He has not been a father to these kids in quite some time. Janelle has had the job of all major decisions without him. When Robin entered the picture Janelles kids took the back burner. Stay strong Janelle keep up your good work.
WTF? Seriously? In a challenging situation that the adults have chosen for the family, all the Mom’s seem to be good Mothers. Their kids appear to be bright, independent, well adjusted young people who have adjusted not just to an alternative family life, but to having their lives on blast by being on a TV show. Honestly I think this is a credit to the Mom’s as Kodi’s time is split between so many.
Advice for Kodi, take a step back and breathe. You can’t demand respect, you too must earn it and as of late you seem to be only considering yourself and what you want. Stop throwing tantrums when not everyone agrees with you. It is not a good look and certainly does not create any sense of trust or confidence in you as a parent or head of family.
Advice to Janelle, look at your kids, listen to your kids. All kids need help sometimes from Mom and Dad. There is no age limit when you can stop being a parent. You are right to be a safe place for your kids.

Kody is a big baby so scared of covid he’s abandoned is other families and Robin sucks his ass she makes me sick never liked her. The production people even give her more camera time. She’s a know it all and always has an opinion whether it concerns her or not
