After tuning in to tonight’s episode of My 600-Lb. Life, viewers are looking for a 2021 update on Ryan Barkdoll and wondering where he is now. Unfortunately, tonight’s episode was a pretty depressing one that left viewers with a lot more questions than answers. The episode was also seemingly frustrating for Dr. Now who suspected his time had been wasted on a cast member not ready to lose weight.

My 600-Lb. Life 2021 update: Where is Ryan Barkdoll now?
One of the biggest questions tonight’s episode leaves us with is whether Ryan Barkdoll bailed on producing the rest of his episode. According to Dr. Now, Ryan had missed his appointment in Houston and avoided answering any of his phone calls.
Moreover, Ryan offered Dr. Now a whole slew of reasons why he couldn’t get to Texas and wasn’t answering the phone. Dr. Now tells the camera he suspects Ryan has abandoned his diet and isn’t losing weight. Knowing he isn’t losing weight, Dr. Now believes Ryan has no desire to get on a video call with him.
Can his weight loss journey be followed?
A quick search through various social media platforms reveals Ryan Barkdoll does not have a public profile anywhere. So, following the newest member to the TLC cast for any sort of update on his weight loss journey is highly unlikely. Considering he appeared to have abandoned producing his episode, his weight loss journey, and Dr. Now… It would make sense for him to have locked down or disabled any profile he did have to avoid people digging into his life.
