Isabel Roloff Admits Why ‘Block Button Has Been My Best Friend’
Little People, Big World family member Isabel Roloff is taking advantage of the blocking feature on social media. Jacob Roloff’s wife is bragging about just how many people she’s blocked recently, and she seems to be interested in blocking even more. Read on to find out what Isabel has to say about social media, her haters, and blocking so heavily.
As LPBW fans know, those in the public eye are subject to all kinds of hate and criticism. Most celebrities accept that they get a mix of love and hate online because they put their lives out there. While Isabel may understand that having a large platform brings in some criticism too, she isn’t here for it anymore. So, she’s started using the block button, and she admitted it’s her “best friend.”
Isabel Roloff Explains Why She Uses The Block Button So Heavily
In a series of Instagram stories on Friday afternoon, Isabel revealed that she’s going strong when it comes to blocking out all of the negativity online. She reveals that she received a message from a fan who wants to know why they were blocked. The Instagram user appears to be on a backup account, which Isabel had not blocked–yet.
On one slide, Isabel writes, “Sooo I keep getting messages like this lol the block button has been my best friend lately, but most recently there was a terrible comment on one of my posts with hundreds of likes and I blocked everyone who liked it! Maybe you liked it on accident, I’m not sure but that’s most likely it. No shame in my block game hahah.”
In the next post, she gives her followers more insight into how she decides who to block and how blocking works on Instagram. She revealed that she blocks people without pictures or without followers because “those are usually ‘burner accounts’ that people use just to lurk.”
So, it looks like Isabel is doing a good job of keeping the hate off of her page by simply blocking out all of the negative commenters. She may be pickier about who she interacts with online once her baby boy arrives next month, too.
