Josh Duggar Attended Family Wedding Weeks Prior To Arrest: See Video
A video of Josh Duggar taken just weeks before he was arrested shows that he was acting normal and joking around with his younger brothers. However, shortly after, he was arrested for the possession of child pornography. The former 19 Kids & Counting star is awaiting his November 30 trial and has pled not guilty up to this point, declining multiple plea deals. He’s facing decades in prison and hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines if convicted.
Josh’s wife Anna is currently expecting their seventh child, a girl, sometime this fall. Due to Anna’s social media silence, it’s possible the baby has already arrived, but no official announcement has been made by the family. After Josh’s bond hearing, he was released on conditions. Due to the nature of the alleged crimes, one of those conditions is that he’s not allowed to be around minors other than his own children.
However, a few weeks before all of that happened, he was at a wedding with many other people and children. Read on to see the new video from the wedding.
Josh Duggar acts totally normal in video weeks before his arrest.
As we reported, Justin and Claire Duggar made their YouTube debut last week. The couple has a couple of short videos from their February wedding on their YouTube channel. In one of the highlight reels from their big day, Josh can be seen taking a photo with Justin and the other Duggar brothers. In one clip, the brothers all throw Justin up in the air as the videographer captures the playful shot.
Based on what is known about Josh’s arrest now, it may seem odd that he would be so cheery and lighthearted at this time. The wedding was on February 26, and Josh was arrested on April 29. For nearly a year and a half prior to his arrest, the federal government was conducting an investigation and building a case against him. So, this whole time, it appears that Josh was aware of what was going on.
Not only was Josh in the shot with his brothers, but he was in a photo of the whole family as well. He looked totally normal despite what was going on behind the scenes.
