‘Love Island USA’: Cashay & Cinco Reunite — Second Chance At Love?

Love Island USA Season 3 Cashay Proudfoot and Melvin “Cinco” Holland Jr. reunited. Fans have been awaiting this highly-anticipated reunion. Cash purposely missed her flight back home and paid Cinco a visit. As TV Shows Ace previously reported, Cinco teased that he would be open to dating Cash out of the villa.

Unfortunately, they didn’t have much luck in the villa. Cash and Cinco were originally coupled up, but he didn’t understand if she felt the same way for him. He coupled up with Trina Njoroge, which caused the love triangle. Last week, Cinco went back and this week Cash followed behind him.

Cash and Cinco are reunited and it feels so good!

The Love Island USA alumni are back together. Does this also mean that the love triangle is finally over? Cash made it clear that she wants to be the only girl in Cinco’s life. However, he could not make up his mind. The football player led both women on each week on the show.

Cash and Cinco reunited after their respective eliminations. Now, they want to explore their connection outside of the villa. Cash went home during the Friday, August 6 episode of the CBS reality dating series. The 25-year-old broke her silence on Instagram Stories to share multiple clips.

“Okay, hi guys! I’m on my way back to my hometown and guess who I ran into?” Cashay said before she panned the camera over to the 25-year-old hunk.

She let out her iconic squeal. Cash admitted that she “might miss” her flight since she met him during her layover. Cinco and Cash agreed to meet up with one another. “Reunited. Boo crew, we’re here,” she added.

That doesn’t mean they’re making this decision based on what fans want. Cash thanked fans for their messages and support. “We’re figuring it out,” Cash said. “But, no pressure, please, because we’re just chilling and we’re just going to see what happens. Thank you, guys!” Cash and Cinco appeared cozy in the clips. She even made him a “home-cooked meal.” The two had a sleepover in which they wore matching silk hair wraps.

What does this mean for the Love Island USA couple?

For most of Love Island USA Season 3, Cinco and Cash had a hot-and-cold relationship. His crush on Trina Njoroge got in the way of their blossoming feelings for one another. Cash finally revealed to Cinco that she had feelings for him, but he reconsidered Trina after Casa Amor. Seeing her happy with Charlie Lynch made him jealous.

Ultimately, Cinco was sent home packing on the August 1 episode. Charlie couldn’t help but notice how Cash felt about Cinco. Though he claimed he was there for her, he ended up choosing the new girl Alana Paolucci. On the Friday, August 6 episode, Cash went home.

Former islanders Javonny Vega and Aimee Flores recently FaceTimed with the pair. Cash and Cinco are still sharing a bedroom together. They’re just taking things slow and seeing how it goes. Love Island USA airs Tuesday at 9 p.m. ET on CBS.
