Josh Gates hails from Manchester-By-The-Sea, Massachusetts. Josh is a dad too, and he married Hallie Gnatovich, whom he met while making Travel Channel’s Destination Truth, which Josh hosted and Hallie worked as a researcher.
Many people do not know that Gates’ mother is British, and his parents’ love of travel stoked Gates to seek out a career that involved a lot of travel.
