Danielle Busby is the mom of the first set of all-girl quintuplets in the United States. That distinction earned her and her family a reality show on TLC. OutDaughtered debuted in 2016. The show is still going strong, wrapping up Season 8 earlier this year.
OutDaughtered follows the adventures of quints Ava, Riley, Hazel, Olivia, and Parker. The Busbys’ oldest daughter, Blayke, also appears on the show. Needless to say, Adam and Danielle Busby are, indeed, OutDaughtered.
Danielle Busby Brags She’s a Cool Mom
The 2004 movie Mean Girls gave pop culture a lot of catchphrases. Among the most popular is Amy Poehler’s character’s declaration that she’s not like other moms. “I’m not like a regular mom, I’m a cool mom.”
If you ask Danielle Busby, she’s a cool mom, too. Over the weekend, she took to her Instagram to share a photo to brag about her coolness. The car selfie features Danielle in the driver’s seat. 10-year-old Blayke shares the backseat with her cousins, Lily and McKenzie. The foursome was on their way to the Splashway water park.
Adam Busby revealed on his own Instagram last week that the extended family was taking another summer trip to the water park. So, where were Adam and the quints?

Why She Hasn’t Been Posting on Social Media Lately
The post was one of the only social media interactions from Danielle through the whole weekend. As her followers know, she is regularly active on Instagram. She did make a post to her Instagram Stories that explained her absence.
The “cool mom” was staying off her phone so she could enjoy one of the last trips of the summer break. She did share a pic with one of the quints that she took at the end of the day.
