It’s no secret that the Busbys from OutDaughtered are already busy this summer. Their first vacation of the season was to Splashway. Now that they’re back from vacation, most of the girls are enjoying cheer camp. However, Hazel opts out and gets to spend one-on-one time with her dad, Adam. After a picture of his ripped arms is posted, fans inquire about his fitness regimen.

It’s also no secret that OutDaughtered parents Adam and Danielle Busby like to stay fit. At one point, the Busbys were partial owners of Rush Cycle. Now, Danielle and her sisters have an athleisure line called CADi Fitness. Also, Danielle takes any opportunity she can get to do a handstand in a new place. Which isn’t something easily accomplished without a certain level of physical fitness.
When it comes to Adam Busby, he regularly makes headlines for his physique. TV Shows Ace recently reports that Adam “is feeling to sexy for his shirt these days.” Fans regularly call out his “hot dad bod.” Not only that, but everyone wants to know how they keep in shape while raising six girls. It can’t be as simple as healthy eating choices and physical activity. It also doesn’t seem like it would just be going to the gym for Adam and Danielle going for runs.
Adam shares a hilarious response to fan fitness question
While Adam Busby is surely trying to be funny in one of his responses to a fan question, he does give a little bit of insight into his fitness regimen. Adam recently takes to Instagram to share a photo of himself with Hazel at Lago Mar Lagoon for Daddy Camp. While he’s kneeling next to Hazel, holding some sand for a sand castle, his incredibly sculpted arms nearly steal the show.
Surely, Adam Busby’s arms have to be the reason behind the following fan question. “Can I ask how much you guys workout and how much lifting vs cardio? You both look great and I’m trying to improve so just thought I’d ask,” inquires the fan. Adam’s response doesn’t disappoint.
Adam replies as follows. He shares, “i don’t do much cardio. I do about 10 min at the beginning of my workout to get my heart rate above 160 and then I try to maintain that elevated heart rate throughout my entire workout which is generally about an hour. Hazel just plays outside and stays pretty fit that way.” This is hilarious because surely the fan was inquiring about Adam and Danielle’s fitness routines.
