‘Outdaughtered’ Adam Busby Sends Uncle Dale SOS Message
It looks like Uncle Dale stayed behind when the Busby family took off for their first summer vacation in 2021. From photos and clips on Instagram, it appears that his wife Crystal, Danielle’s sister, went along with his kids. OutDaughtered fans often see the entire extended family enjoying a vacation together. However, it looks like he sits this one out. So, where is he?
Uncle Dale features in none of the Busby family clips at Splashway Water Park
Adam and Danielle revealed that the Busby family selected Splashway Water Park as their first summer vacation destination. Close to Houston, they also visited the place last year. With the lake and pools, slides, and other attractions, it seems like a fun destination. Certainly, Adam and Danielle enjoy it as they mess about on the big slides. Later, they shared clips of everyone enjoying themselves. Dale seems noticeably absent from any of them. However, the cousins and their Aunt Crystal are there.

Uncle Dale could very well be staying home and working. Potentially, he might leave work early if that’s the case, and squeeze in one night with the family. In his Instagram Stories, Adam mentioned that they intend to update fans through Friday. However, Dale doesn’t hang with Adam all the time and has his own set of friends as well. In fact, in March he spent time with friends other than his in-laws at a wine farm.
Crystal’s husband holds down a job outside of OutDaughtered
TLC fans don’t know how much Uncle Dale and his family earn from OutDaughtered. Likely, payments are not anything like the amount Adam and Danielle take home. So, his job’s probably still very important to him. The List noted that he started out life waiting on dining customers but he now holds a responsible position. Apparently, he works as the “Director of Sales – Pump Division at Lance Rental Company,” according to LinkedIn. He shared a video clip that Adam Busby sent him from Splashway and it revealed he isn’t there. However, Adam told him to hurry up and get there.
