Todd Chrisley Dotes On The Greatest Gift In His Life
While Chrisley Knows Best may be over for this season, that doesn’t mean that Chrisley family fans have to wait for a new season to hear from their favorite reality television stars. Almost weekly, Todd and Julie Chrisley host the family podcast, Chrisley Confessions. In a recent episode, Todd heartwarmingly divulges what is life’s greatest gift is. Chrisley Knows Best Todd Chrisley talks about some of his passions
In a recent episode of Chrisley Confessions, Todd Chrisley explains that he wants to “take some time to talk about things he’s passionate about.” He goes on to list some of those things. “Everyone knows I’m passionate about my wife, my kids, my mother, my life, my faith,” shares the Chrisley Knows Best patriarch. He also shares that he is passionate about “doing for other people.” He says this is because he believes that “to whom much is given, much is required.”
Todd Chrisley goes on to tell a story about her came across GB/Grandma Bobby on Instagram. “This lady reminded me so much of Julie’s grandmother,” shares Todd. He goes on to give listeners some history about the significance of Julie’s grandmother. “Granny was just a salt of the Earth, good decent, Godly woman. She was the rock, the anchor of her family,” Todd describes. “I remember when I met her the first time when Julie and I started dating, I fell in love with her then.” Todd goes on to explain that there were “very few Sundays that they didn’t eat with Granny.”
Todd goes on to explain how GB, 88, reminds him of Granny in looks. Ultimately, Todd reaches out to GB’s grandson to let him know how much of an impact she has on the Chrisley family. He also inquires if she needs anything, and her grandson says she doesn’t. Then Todd says, “maybe it isn’t about a need, maybe there’s a want.” Eventually, Todd remembers how GB talks about going to the salon and “getting beautimus”. It’s at this time, that the Chrisley family decides to take care of GB’s salon visits for the rest of her life.

After this, Todd Chrisley transitions to speaking about the greatest gift in his life. He explains how Julie is the daughter his mother, Nanny Faye, never had and that his father “worshipped” Julie. Todd proclaims that there is “no doubt in his mind that his father loved Julie more than [him].” Todd explains that Julie made his father cake weekly, made him coffee, and was always on the phone with his dad. “That doesn’t bother me. That was the greatest gift I was able to give my parents, was to give them Julie,” dotes Todd. “And the greatest gift I was given was God bringing Julie into my life and raising my children.”
