Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch is taking the world by storm – literally. From ominous clouds that form in the same location “time and time again” to animal mutilation as well as buried treasure, the series is intense. Fans are buzzing about the series that airs its 5th episode on January 29th.

Is It Real?
People have questioned whether or not the events of the show are legitimate. One Twitter user compared the series to another controversial series, The Curse of Oak Island.
“Lots of similarities to our (least) favorite show. #OakIslandCursers”
Other people are calling the series fake and accusing the Ollingers of lying to people. The Spanish coin found at the first dig sight has taken much scrutiny. A popular Reddit thread has accused the show of staging the find.
“Does anyone else think this show is stupid and all set up. The nugget they pull and a Spanish coin they pull out of the same hole seem sooo fake.”
Evidence To The Contrary
TV Shows Ace recently had the opportunity to speak with Milton Dailey. Milton is a longtime friend of Duane Ollinger. He is also a real estate agent Duane contacted prior to the show being made by the Discovery Channel. Milton says there is too much evidence that he cannot deny there is something strange going on at the ranch. He also says the show is being “built up as a gold find”. However, it will be revealed as the episodes air that it is more than just a hunt for gold.

Some fans may read into Chad’s post and question whether there will be a Season 2 of Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch. According to Milton Dailey, Duane is still searching for the treasure and the Discovery Channel is currently filming the series. Is Chad Ollinger leaving the show?
