Christmas is coming, and the quints already have the tree up. In fact, we reported back in November, that after the Busby family went trick or treating, Danielle turned her thoughts toward Christmas. She loves the festive season and feels good about pretty decorations, and good cheer. Actually, 2020 seems like the best year for early decorating and thoughts of family happiness.

One thing that fans know, is even Beaux dog gets involved in the OutDaughtered quints’ Christmas. Ever since he arrived in the Busby family, they put up the cutest little stocking for Beaux. Hopefully, Adam takes lots of pictures this year. After all, many people might not see their families this year, Or, their kids long ago grew up and left home. Watching the kids at Christmas might help those lonely people feel something of the Christmas spirit. And in a way, it highlights the social responsibility of reality TV stars with large followings.

The Busby quints can’t wait for the day

On Tuesday, December 8, Adam Busby shared a photo of one of the twins, Olivia, lying on the floor next to the Christmas tree. His caption said it all. Adam wrote, “Checking those labels under the tree on the daily… #itsabuzzworld #outdaughtered @kingofchristmas.” Of course, that brought back memories of being a kid and just yearning for that moment the packages can be opened. Did you ever peep inside as a kid?

Another excellent photo by Adam of the OutDaughtered quints, many fans raved about the picture quality. Adam told his fans he used his Canon “EOS R5” with an “RF28-70 f2 lens.” The photo showed his daughter in perfect clarity, with the tree blurred out. Yet, he still managed to capture the clarity of the presents that sat beneath it. But much more than just a pretty picture, it also brought some useful suggestions from TLC fans.

Don’t let the kids spoil their own surprise

When you were a kid, did you ever spoil your own Christmas surprise by peeking inside? Well, one TLC fan suggested that instead of names on the label, people could use numbers. The fan wrote, “My kiddos do this too and I don’t put name tags on theirs. I put numbers, and only I know what number is for each child!” Then, another fan suggested different wrapping paper for each child with no labels at all.

Perhaps the OutDaughtered quints just feel contented right now, knowing Christmas is just around the corner. But, for little ones, Christmas takes a lifetime to arrive. Citing psychology researcher Professor Simon Dennis, Psychlopedia notes that time for kids differs from adults. “For really young children there isn’t…that sense of time passing. Waiting is simply endless. Time isn’t even a concept, it is just what is happening now.”
