Find Out What A Day In The Life Of ‘Bachelor’ Nick Viall Looks Like
Anyone who’s ever wondered what a day in the life of a hot reality tv star looks like, look no further. Nick Viall is letting fans see exactly what a day in his life looks like. And, as it turns out, he’s pretty normal and does normal everyday things just like everyone else.
A day in the life of Nick Viall
Us Weekly was able to follow Nick around for an entire day to capture exactly how he spends his time. First of all, the 40-year-old former Bachelor must have coffee. However, while he brews his coffee he uses that time to water his new trees he bought. In fact, Nick shared it’s one of his favorite things to do.
Next up is breakfast. Nick loves eggs. So, breakfast is usually eggs or a vegetable smoothie. So, while he sits and scarfs down some eggs he glances through his social media. While he’s doing that he said it often reminds him that he should move onto something more productive. One of those things is checking his email. He says this takes about 30 minutes. Of course after this he showers and gets ready for the day. And, Nick also has an assistant named Cindy who comes in and helps him out.
While he does have a pretty awesome job of recording podcasts, he does spend a lot of time working getting them ready. Nick currently works on “The Viall Files” and “Nick V Talks Trash TV” in his studio.

What else he does during his day
As if he isn’t busy enough, Nick revealed he also helps his sister out with an essential oil business. Plus, to stay as adorable as he is, Nick also has to get his exercise in. He often turns to his go-to exercises which include bicep curls, squats and push-ups.
Next up is his grocery store run to Whole Foods. He is a single serving guy so he goes to the grocery store like five days a week. When he’s feeling lazy he orders in. After shopping he heads back home to cook dinner.
Sounds like a pretty normal day. Like everyone else Nick probably spends his evening possibly catching up on work he didn’t finish or relaxing.
