Jinger Vuolo and Jeremy raise Felicity with routines

At the end of August, we reported that Felicity enjoys her bedtime because the Vuolo’s raise her with routines. She happily toddles off to bed as it becomes one of her favorite times. She said, “Felicity’s bedtime routine [became] a favorite time of the day. 🤗 She loves brushing her teeth…and praying with us each night before bed.”

Now, it looks like joining her mom for bible-reading became another routine. Jinger shared a photo of Felicity looking down at a big bible and a “little craft Bible.” She captioned it with, “Felicity wanted to read her little craft Bible with me. It just so happened that we were reading from the same chapter in the Psalms. 📖 🤗.”

Not everyone who tunes in and watched the Duggar family on Counting On comes from a Christian family. But, many of them choose the faith. In fact, they admire that the TLC star applies her faith in her daily living. Talking about Felicity, a fan commented, “Start them off when they are young! I miss when my girl was little! Tips for kids and reading the bible

Crossway gives parents some tips on reading the bible for kids. They noticed that reading the bible as a matter of routine soon gets kids into the idea of it. Plus, they suggest keeping it simple, as Jinger does. As they grow older, parents could engage in questions and then seek the answers in the bible. But, some Christians caution against the old testament too much. After all, some of the content really isn’t all that kid-friendly.

Jinger Vuolo mentioned on her Instagram in August that Felicity also loves reading her big picture bible. Of course, at her age, Felicity probably loves looking at those pictures of the baby Jesus. What about your kids? When did you start reading the bible to them? Did they start as young as Felicity? Sound off in the comments below.
