OutDaughtered fans know that Danielle Busby converted part of her patio into an outdoor dining area. They lived through months of remodeling. And, she finally got a temporary sink out there. The family took to the semi-outdoor life wit gusto. Actually, summer looked like a rather fun time. Now, Adam bought himself a nice little BBQ fire disc cooker. So, he and Parker went shopping for breakfast ingredients together.
OutDaughtered – Parker and Dad enjoy some time together shopping for breakfast
Taking to Instagram Stories, Adam shared a few clips of him going to the shops with Parker. He revealed that they wore some face masks. Matching colors, he said they buy special ones for the kids. The Busby’s got some critics for not using them previously. But now, with Texas numbers of the virus rising, they use them more often. Parker looked happy going out with her dad. Fans of the TLC show know that she and Adam share a very close relationship. And, Danielle calls her a “daddy’s girl.”
Adam never shared photos of them actually in the shop. But, when he got home, he said they planned on cooking a huge breakfast. He listed hashbrowns, Eggs, biscuits and bacon. It sounds like a really nice Sunday morning fun activity. In his clips, the Outdaughtered dad went through the process of heating up the BBQ. And, it looked like a really nice setting. In the background, the pool looked blue and sparkling. He said he planned on cooking the biscuits first. That’s because they take the longest time to cook.
Cooking technique explained by Adam
Adam seems rather experienced in cooking outdoors. He explained that he puts butter on the plate. Then, he browns the first ingredients for a bit. Then, he pushes them further out and puts in the next ingredient. That means he ends up keeping everything warm while the next ingredient cooks. So after the biscuits, he cooked the bacon, then the hashbrowns, and finally, the eggs.
As he used it for the first time, Adam learned that the three zones on the cooker seem very important. If people leave ingredients in the middle of the pan too long, they tend to burn. So, when it came to the eggs, he turned it down to medium heat. The OutDaughtered dad mentioned that the best item he cooked seemed to be the hashbrowns. They soaked up all, the bacon flavor. He then cooked up a huge pile of scrambled eggs that looked really delicious.
The OutDaughtered dad seems to have found the ideal outdoor cooking method. He managed to serve everyone with a piping hot breakfast. Did you ever try cooking on a fire disc cooker? Let us know your tips for great cooking in the comments below.
