Kelly Osbourne Reveals Huge Weight Loss

Kelly Osbourne has lost a huge amount of weight recently. Because of quarantine Kelly says she lost 85 pounds. She has been making weight loss a priority and is proud to show it off. Kelly did the reveal on Instagram and had everyone talking.

Kelly Osbourne has always struggled with her weight and has always been open with her fans. Osbourne confirmed her weight loss because Jennie Mae’s mom commented on one of her selfies. “Oh my gosh you lost a lot of weight,” Mai wrote.

Kelly commented, “@themamamai that’s right mamma Mai I lost 85lbs since I last saw you,” Osbourne confirmed. “Can you believe it? Kaakakaka.”

Emotional Eating

Kelly Osbourne has always struggled with her weight since she was younger. However, it was tougher on Kelly because of her famous family.

Kelly did an interview with Shape in 2011 about her experience with bullying. Kelly says, “I was called fat and ugly in the press my entire life and understand that being judged by others comes with the territory. However, it broke my heart and ruined my self-esteem. It sets you up to hate yourself in a huge way. Kelly said she was angry at people for being mean. Therefore, she turned to Vicodin. That’s why Kelly believes she ended up in rehab three times. I just hated myself.”

Proper Diet And Exercise

This is not the first time Kelly Osbourne has had a major weight loss. In 2009 Kelly was on Dancing With the Stars and it helped teach her proper nutrition and exercise. However, she was unable to maintain the weight loss once the show ended.

Kelly admits, “I’m an emotional eater when I get upset, my diet goes out the window.”

Kelly has been boasting her new size while shopping. On her Instagram, she showed a clothing tag with the size 26 “Yes… I’m bragging because I worked hard and it feels good!!!” she wrote.

According to ET Kelly opened up about her health in March and had already lost 7 pounds while in quarantine. Kelly shared “I wake up in the morning, and I guess what I’m doing is intermittent fasting if you really think about it. I get up, I have coffee and then I juice until nighttime. And then I have like, one meal and then I go to bed,” she revealed.

Osbourne continued, “I have so much energy, it’s crazy, I feel like I’m bouncing off the walls. My body’s like, ‘How is it you get in quarantine and you’re like, suddenly like becoming like, a fitness guru, and have more energy and are happier than you were before quarantine?’ I don’t know, it’s the weirdest thing.”

Kelly admits to walking 6 miles around her neighborhood because there’s nothing else to do.
