Dancing With the Stars pro Lindsay Arnold is expecting her first child with her husband, Sam Cusick. The 26-year-old dancer publically announced her pregnancy in May. We’ve been loving her sweet updates ever since!

Lindsay and Sam Prepare to Welcome Their Daughter
“We are beyond happy about our precious little girl and love her so much already!” Lindsay told UsWeekly. “We both felt so strongly that we were having a boy so it was such a fun surprise. I am already buying all the cute baby girl clothes I see and we just cannot wait until she is here!”
Lindsay and Sam married in 2015, though their relationship dates back much further. Lindsay revealed that she fell in love with her future husband when she was just 16. To check out all her adorable maternity selfies, follow her @lindsarnold on Instagram.
Lindsay was supposed to embark on the Dancing With The Stars tour this year with castmates, but the pandemic put a dent in those plans. The tour began in January, but ABC postponed it on March 13 when it became clear Coronavirus cases were growing exponentially.
The network said they needed to prioritize the “health and well-being of the Dancing With the Stars: Live! cast, crew, and fans.” While we definitely understand, we’re still a little disappointed.
In hindsight, Lindsay and her family are probably a little relieved too. We can’t imagine it would be very comfortable to perform while pregnant, especially in the middle of a pandemic. Even though we’re sad about the tour, we’re glad Lindsay gets to rest comfortably at home with her husband while they wait to welcome their new bundle of joy.
A Rich Dancing Career
Lindsay danced into our hearts when she auditioned for the 9th Season of So You Think You Can Dance. She was only 18 at the time but did remarkably well. Lindsay was partnered up with the martial artist, Cole Horibe, and the two had many memorable numbers. She finished in the top 8 before elimination. Keeping up with family tradition, Linsday’s little sister, Jensen, competed on SYTYCD Season 15 and came in second place.

Afterwards, Lindsay joined the cast of Dancing With The Stars during the 16th Season along with fellow SYTYCD Season 9 alumnus, Witney Carson. She and partner Jordan Fisher took home the gold in Season 25.
