‘Snowpiercer’ Season 1 Ends: Will This Show Return for Season 2?
Snowpiercer Season 1 just came to an end. Now, fans just want to know if Season 2 is going to happen and when. With COVID-19, a lot of stuff is on hold, but here is what we know so far. There is great news out about another season of this show.
Snowpiercer Season 2
At the end of Season 1, they set everything up for Season 2 to happen. Mr. Wilford is still alive, after just thinking he was gone, this came as a shock to everyone. He is ready to get his train back. You want to see that happen and luckily you will get to see it.
Snowpiercer has already been renewed for Season 2. They even showed a preview of it and it will be coming back. There is even some hope about Season 3 and plans for it. So far, it has not been renewed for that yet.
When will it be back?
As of right now, TNT hasn’t shared when the show will be back for Season 2. You can assume that the plan is for the summer of 2021 like they just did this one for 2020. Now with COVID-19, who knows what will end up happening. A lot of shows aren’t happening as they should. This is making a lot of people learn to streaming services to see things they haven’t yet.
Animal Kingdom would have normally had a new season this summer. With COVID-19, there was no way that they could get it all filmed. As of right now, there is no update about when the new season will actually come. This could be the same problem with Snowpiercer. Right now, neither one has a premiere date.
For now, it will be all about waiting to find out what TNT reveals. Luckily, the great news is that Season 2 is coming. It will be here, just not as fast as you hoped.
What to expect
TV Insider shared some details about what to expect in Season 2. Bean’s Wilford states in the sneak peek “Snowpiercer will tear itself apart. I’m back and I’ve come to take what’s mine.” That itself is going to be something you don’t want to miss. Wilford isn’t giving up. Now he is alive and everyone really knows what is going on. He wants his revenge and will find a way to get it.
A lot of fans are happy to hear that Snowpiercer will be back for another season. Hopefully, the Season 2 release date comes out soon.
